A fairy-tale house by architect Dang Viet Nga: root staircases, cave rooms, bridges between the roofs and spider-web windows. Like Gaudí and Tolkien at once.
Price: About 100,000 ₫
Insider tip: The stairs are narrow and have no rails, so skip the heels. Go at opening time or around 4 pm; at midday there's a queue for photos on the bridges. You can even sleep in some of the rooms.

🐉 Linh Phuoc Pagoda
A pagoda covered entirely in mosaics of broken china and bottles. In the courtyard is a 49-metre dragon made of 12,000 bottle bottoms, and inside a 600-kilogram bell and a Buddha made of fresh flowers.
Price: Free
Insider tip: Climb to the top of the tower for views over the valley and greenhouse fields. On the way, look into Da Lat's old railway station: the vintage train runs right here, to Trai Mat.
